- Energetic and intuitive marketing manager with strong, hands-on work ethic. Proven ability to lead and deliver effective marketing campaigns to generate results. Experienced in marketing automation, search engine optimization (SEO), branding, and web site management are imperative. Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications. Experience in medium size technology companies is a strong advantage.
- The Senior Marketing Manager handles driving the execution of marketing campaigns, web site development/enhancement, search engine optimization, brand awareness and public communications in the marketplace. This person will:
- Establish effective working relationships with marketing team to ensure that our sales enablement and marketing demand-generation programs yield measurable results.
- Provide feedback on marketing programs and messaging. Also, participates in their development; collaborates to create, launch programs and measures the performance of brand and messaging in our markets
- Develop and deliver appropriate field sales lead generation programs
- Develop, establish, and maintain marketing activities to meet organizational objectives
- Demonstrate effective management of the organization’s marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.
- Implement marketing activities that describe key benefits, and messages for use by sales and marketing
- Will manage a team of 3-4 people.
- Work with Consulting and Sales to document reference accounts for our solutions; identify client success stories and work with marketing to create appropriate case studies and collateral
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to produce results (leads)
- Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels
- Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and
- Conferences
- Knowledge of marketing to public sector organizations is a plus
- Internal reporting and other duties as assigned
- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used
- Knowledge of ZOHO CRM and MarketingPlus is a strong advantage.
- Stays abreast of market trends to drive topics for client webinars and whitepaper strategies
- Knowledge of scheduling, orchestrating and managing online webinars
- Lead the development of solution marketing deliverables, including market-facing presentation content to be used by Sales to highlight the benefits of our solution to our clients.
- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverages behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue.
- Responsible for all aspects of marketing projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels, and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures
- Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to internal clients, the production team, and key leadership
- Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to the finished product and execution
- Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
- Conduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement client interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership
- Conduct marketing surveys on current and new solution concepts
Requirements
Required Skills / Special Qualifications
- Creative thinker, excellent listener, and communicator
- Professional marketing automation experience. Managerial experience with both hands-on team and project management is a strong plus.
- Prior experience working in both IT services and products industry with sophisticated marketing automation programs, and direct & indirect marketing activities
- Familiarity with data or application modernization, business intelligence, or analytics and modeling solutions is a plus.
- Skilled in marketing automation programs with the ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications, and direct mail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of web site development technologies, particularly ASP.NET Core.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics activities including Google Analytics, SEMRush and LinkedIn are required.
- Search engine optimization skills are a strong plus for any candidate. Identifying key search words/phrases and understanding how to improve our position in search engines is critical to success in this role.
